Tour members are deemed to have read understood and accepted the following:
BESTOUR EU-US SDN BHD and its sales agent are referred to as “The Organisers”
1) TOUR FARE
INCLUDE:
- Return economy class group air ticket.
- Accommodation based on twin sharing for adults. Child fare is based on the child as the third person in twin or double room of two adults without extra bed. If child occupies a half twin, a surcharge applys.
- Child is considered above 2 years old and below 12 years old, but subject to individual hotel and country policy.
- All meals, sightseeing and other terms as specified in the itinerary.
- One piece check in luggage. (Subject to the airline’s policy; passengers are responsible for paying any additional charges incurred due to excess baggage)
- Driver and tour guide’s tips are included in tour fare.
- No refund or reduction will be given for any meals, sightseeing, or accommodation voluntarily not taken or used by any tour member during the trip.
NOT INCLUDE:
Tour fare not include porter tipping of airport, pier and hotel.
2) TOUR PRICES
Prices shown are valid at the time of publication of the brochure or the price list which form part of the brochure, and is subject to change with or without prior notice due to increase of airfares, other transport costs, hotel costs, exchange rates and government tax etc.
3) PAYMENT METHOD
BESTOUR EU-US SDN BHD accept payment via cash/cheque/online transfer. Additional surcharge maybe applicable for credit card payment. (American Express Card is NOT Acceptable)
4) RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
- Participants must complete the registration form in full. Upon successful registration, the tour fare must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking for any participant who fails to make full payment by the deadline.
- South East Asia: from RM 1000 / pax
- Asia: from RM 1500 / pax
- Other destinations: from RM2,500 /pax
** The specific amount will be determined according to the amount set for each individual package.
- All the tour fares and airport taxes are subject to currency fluctuations.
- All tour fares are guaranteed only if reservations are made with full payment received.
- For those who fail to settle the payment by the due date, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking. The deposit paid will be forfeited, and it is neither transferable to another person nor applicable for changing the departure date.
- It is required by most immigration authorities that the passport must have a validity of at least seven (7) months from date of return of travel.
5) CANCELATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted to the company in writing. For cancellations made after registration during a travel fair, no refund will be given, or deductions will be made based on the ground operator charges, airline ticket costs, and the company’s administrative fees payable at that time.
Cancellation fees will be imposed as follows:
- Over 45 working days (before from date of departure) : Deposit will be fully forfeited
- 31 - 44 working days (before date of departure) : 50% of tour fare to be refund
- 1 - 30 working days (before date of departure) : all tour fees are non-refundable
The respective airline’s cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges.
(Note: The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration in routing or change of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred).
6) VISA
All passengers are encouraged to process their own visa. Assistance is offered, at nominal fee by the organiser but approval is not guaranteed. The organiser cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including without limitations, negligence on the part of our employees, agents and/or servants.
7) EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension of stay is permitted at the last stop but subject to seat confirmation and surcharge (if applicable) by the airline and hotel accommodation arrangements and validity of the excursion tickets. When the extension of stay/ deviation is unable to confirm, passengers are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original date is not permitted once the extension date has been confirmed. Extension or deviation need to be done minimum 30 days before departure.
8) TRAVEL INSURANCE :
All passengers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.
9) COMPLAINT / CLAIMS
All claims against the organiser must be made in writing within 2 weeks after completion of the tour. All the disputes if any, will be subject to the Malaysia Court of Law. All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the General Manager of the organiser.
Any participant joining a tour organized by the organiser or its appointed agents shall be fully responsible for any unfortunate incidents listed below. In unavoidable circumstances, the organiser and its affiliated agents reserve the right to amend the itinerary without prior notice. The organiser and its agents shall not be held liable for:
- Inaccuracies, errors, or changes in the itinerary or tour schedule.
- Delays or changes caused by airlines or other transportation services; illness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other incidents, and any additional expenses arising from such situations.
- Inability to arrange extended stays or flight changes.
- Damage or loss of baggage or personal belongings, as well as personal accidents. Participants are strongly advised to purchase appropriate insurance. In the event that baggage is lost or damaged due to the company's negligence, the company’s maximum liability is limited to RM200 per piece of luggage.
- Refusal of entry or deportation by immigration authorities due to a participant carrying prohibited items, possessing improper travel documents, or engaging in activities considered illegal or disruptive by the foreign government.
In certain situations, participants may share transport with travelers from other groups during the tour.
Please Note: The company and its staff are not specially trained to care for persons with disabilities (including visual, speech, hearing, or mobility impairments). Therefore, participants with special needs are required to be accompanied by someone who can provide necessary assistance throughout the journey. The company shall not be responsible for providing any special care.
10) RESPONSIBILITIES
- The organiser act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels, and other principals of the tour programme.
- The organiser accepts no responsibilities for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond it’s control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc.
- Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The organiser shall not be held responsible and there will be absolutely no refund for deportation or refusal of entry by immigration. Authorities for Tours Member resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes of whose behaviour and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.
- If necessary the organiser reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation etc. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the organiser in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any person, who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.
- The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to specific Airlines only.
- Any alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.
- The organiser and tour leader reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his/her act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and there shall be no liability thereafter to any such person. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
- The organiser will only provide the services of an accompanying tour manager for group of minimum 15 passengers.
- If, upon entering a foreign country, unforeseen circumstances require changes such as switching to another hotel of the same standard, using alternative transportation, or adjusting the itinerary due to factors beyond human control, the local ground operator has full authority to make decisions according to the situation, and travelers shall not raise objections.
- The organiser acts solely as an agent for airlines, travelers, and transportation companies. In the event of baggage loss, damage, personal accidents, or property loss, resolutions will be based on the safety regulations set by the respective service providers. The company shall bear no responsibility.
- The organiser reserves the absolute right to decide whether a tour leader will accompany the group, and participants shall not raise objections.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel any participant’s registration, including due to insufficient group size. The organiser shall not be held liable for any other responsibility. The organiser’s decision is final, and participants shall not dispute it. Any deposits or fees paid will be fully refunded.
- Tour guides, tour leaders, other employees, or agents of the organiser are not authorized to make any commitments regarding liabilities to customers. The organiser is only bound by written documents officially signed by the management.
- These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by the organiser.
11) The organiser have the right to reject any booking on handicapped people who cannot walk on their own (require wheelchair) unless they have own relatives to accompany.
